• Protein: 1 Chicken breast, cubed
• Shawarma Marinade: 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
• Base: 1 cup cooked Quinoa or Brown Rice.
• Vegetables: 1 cup spring mix , 1/2 sliced cucumber, 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes, ¼ thinly sliced red onion.
• Topping: feta crumbles, 1 tbsp of Toum

1. Marinate: Toss the chicken in the olive oil, lemon juice, and spices. Let sit for at least 15 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
2. Cook: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 6–8 minutes).
3. Assemble: Divide the cooked grains into bowls. Top with the shawarma chicken and the fresh chopped vegetables.
4. Finish: Add the feta and Toum! (You can also use hummus or tzatziki)
