Ingredients
1 lb Lean ground beef (90/10 or 93/7)
2 cups Diced tomatoes
1 cup Diced onion (about 1 medium onion)
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups Mixed greens or butter lettuce
2 cups Roasted or air-fried potatoes (cubed)
¼ cup Chopped pickles
Burger sauce:
¼ cup Plain Greek yogurt
4 tsp Spicy brown mustard
¼ cup Mayo
¼ cup Sweet relish
Preparation
Instructions
1. preheat oven to 375 and add your diced potatoes for about 30 minutes or until fork tender. Make sure your potatoes are seasoned well and drizzled with olive oil before putting them in.
2. Cook the beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Season with garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Drain excess fat if needed.
3. Prepare the base
Add mixed greens to the bowl as your base. Prep your onions and tomatoes.
4. Build the bowl
Arrange the cooked beef, diced tomatoes, onions, shredded cheddar, and roasted potatoes in sections around the bowl.
5. Make the sauce
Whisk together until smooth.
6. Finish it off
Drizzle the burger sauce over the top and sprinkle with fresh herbs if you want.
